Celai Crystal-Embellished Beaded, Red Jasper Hollow Face Abstract Necklace

These are character traits we communicate when we are at peace and happy with ourselves. We all know that "Life isn't about waiting for the storm to pass... It's about learning to dance in the rain", according to  Vivian Greene.

On the grounds of this, I set out to create an unusual expressive wearable art featuring beaded abstract face outline, with beadworks that suggest mingled human emotions subsided in a flood of tears.

I had to name this piece "Celai", meaning "Wind after Rain", because with every moment in our lives, sooner or later, the rain will stop, and the sun shall arise.

The Celai necklace is saturated with extravagant embellishments and detailing. It is handcrafted from repurposed parts from a piece of vintage jewellery, decorative textiles, silk ribbons, crystal glass beads, glass beads, glass seed beads, Swarovski crystals, red jasper gemstones, rhinestones, gold-plated chains, and brass-plated components.

The Celai necklace can be framed and displayed in your home as part of your home decor.
