Items purchased through other retailers must be returned for repair to the store where the item was purchased.

Due to the nature of our products, we may not be able to order individual components needed to repair older items.

After each wear, gently clean with a soft, clean jewellery cloth and store in the pouch and then place inside the box. Please note that the majority of the collection is handmade from wirework and beadwork, we advise treating each piece with care and love.
Our footwear is handmade with raffia, leather and embellished upper. These beautiful slippers are not made for the rain or water. So keep them dry and enjoy them longer.
