You Are What You Wear, Reusable, Washable, Distressed, Denim Face Mask

Regular price €43,95

You are what you wear. Care for yourself, just like the way you care for your clothes. Your safety shouldn't be pollution, but a solution to the environment that you exist in.

The use of clothing labels, size and care tags and company branding labels, on this face mask, is not accidental.

But that of an ethical, sustainable statement. Which is that of conscious consumerism? Less is more.

This eccentric-looking face mask is made of many repurposed parts, which have undergone several distressing techniques, all arranged and assembled piece by piece, and stitched down using both hand and the sewing machine.

The repurposed zip from a denim jean trousers has been incorporated into this design, to be unzipped to facilitate a filter pocket for interchangeable filters.

The collage of the many labels not only uplifts, and enhances the look of this face mask, but it's also constructed, as an additional layering, together with the denim backed layer, which acts as a second layer, and the third layer which is 100% cotton lining.

This face mask optimises comfort and breathability.  It also features soft straps, which can be tied behind the wearer's head.

This mask is not N95 or FDA rated, it is specifically designed as preventative safety wear to shield your face, mouth, and nose. The wearing of a face mask such as this could still reduce the transmissibility of viral particles by a small but significant amount, enough to make a difference to you and others.

Much Love
