GENERAL QUESTIONS

HOW DO I CHECK THE UPDATE OF MY ORDER?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with the shipping details and tracking number. 

If you have not received this confirmation, please do not hesitate to email contact@anitaquansahlondon.com to check the status of your order.

WHAT SHOULD YOU DO IF YOU WISH TO CANCEL OR CHANGE YOUR ORDER?

If you have a change of mind and wish to cancel or amend your order, please email contact@anitaquansahlondon.com before your order is dispatched.

Would you please bear in mind that once a final dispatch confirmation email is sent out to you, it is impossible to cancel or amend your order with all the tracking details?

I FINALLY RECEIVED MY ORDER AND DECIDED I DID NOT WANT IT, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

I hope that will not be the case, but if you receive your order and decide you do not want it, you can contact me at contact@anitaquansahlondon.com.

Kindly note that bespoke/custom-made jewellery, footwear and accessories, beaded jewellery kits and courses cannot be refunded or exchanged. Earrings due to hygiene reasons cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty or damaged upon delivery.

WHAT HAPPENS IF YOUR ORDER DOESN'T ARRIVE?

If your order hasn't arrived, please don't worry or panic. Circumstances beyond the shipping carriers control may result in the delay of your package; this is out of our control.

If you have not received your package after some time, log into your account to track your order online. If you need further assistance with this issue, please do not hesitate to email contact@anitaquansahlondon.com. I will be happy to get in touch with the carrier on your behalf to inquire about the whereabouts of your package.

Please note that Anita Quansah London is not responsible for packages once they have been consigned to a carrier to your shipping destination.

I am not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit. The customer cannot change the customer's shipping address once the parcel is dispatched and en route to the chosen delivery address.

If your package goes missing en route to you, please contact immediately to help file a claim on your behalf with the shipping carrier.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, I ship internationally to selected countries.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Once your order has been received and verified, ready to ship items are dispatched within 1-5 working days.

For bespoke and made to order items, see estimated production time in the descriptions on the product page.

HOW DO YOU SHIP YOUR ITEMS, AND HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

Shipping to the U.K. is free. I use Royal Mail and Parcel Force track-able, signed for service. Delivery times are 2-4 working days.

For international shipping, I use UPS Worldwide Express or DHL. Please note shipping costs vary according to the product.

Europe: 2-5 Working days from £35.00

USA: 2-5 Working days from £39.00

Africa: 5-10 Working days from £55.00

Asia 3-5 Working days from £55.00

Oceania: 3-5 Working days from £55.00

South America: 3-5 Working days from £42.00

Australia: 5-7 Working days from £55.00

Canada: 2-5 Working days from £40.00

Please note. I'm unable to accommodate shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO Addresses.

I ship all orders with a trackable service through UPS or DHL. A signature is required upon delivery. Any customs and duties tax levied on your order is the responsibility of the recipient. These fees are out of my control.

Please note; unforeseen weather conditions and international customs could delay the delivery times of your order.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

All sale items purchased during promotions from the Anita Quansah London website is final. All beaded jewellery making kits and courses, made-to-order pieces of jewellery, footwear and accessories are final sale and are not eligible for return.

I accept returns on all full-priced items in their original conditions, unworn and unused, within 14 days of your purchase. I will refund the returned item minus the shipping costs once the returned product is received and meets all these return conditions.

Please note that the customer is fully responsible for all returns and any fees incurred. Once an email has been received with your return request, I will email the return address to you.

WHAT'S YOUR REFUND POLICY?

Please remember that all sales are final. I do not accept returns or exchanges or cancellation mid-design for bespoke, made to order items and all beaded jewellery making kits and courses.

If you receive your order and it's damaged in transit, please email contact@anitaquansahlondon.com immediately if possible. Please include images of all the damages with your enquiry. 

I want all my customers to be happy with their purchases. However, if you're not 100 per cent happy, please come to me, and we can liaise together to sort things out.

CAN YOU CREATE A SOLD-OUT ITEM AGAIN?

Unfortunately not. Due to the handmade nature of each piece, certain materials cannot be sourced. I use new articles, vintage components, and heirlooms kindly donated to me in all my works. I respect and value all my clients who have chosen to own a part of my heart. Replicating the work for me is like disrespecting them and defrauding my soul.

So, one of a kind is the way except for the footwear.

WHERE ARE YOUR DESIGNS MADE?

All designs from the collection are handmade with love in my design studio in Milton Keynes, UK.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY PIECE OF JEWELLERY, FOOTWEAR AND ACCESSORIES?

Keep the prying eyes of MR DUST away from your precious treasures and purchase, and enjoy your art longer by storing it away in the special tie-fastening wax print pouch and box provided.

Worried about all that sparkles, glitters and comes in robust brass forms? Don't panic! I've taken care of that for you, so you don't have to worry about your jewel losing its dull and looking ancient. Just show love from your end, and you'll have a long-lasting relationship. Lovingly wipe with a clean jewellery cloth to bring the sparkle back.

All footwear and bags in my collections are very delicate and should be cared for with love. Each item in my collection is not designed with rain in mind, so keep them dry and enjoy them longer.

DO I OFFER REPAIRS?

I offer repair for all items purchase from my website free of charge for up to 3 months after the first purchase date. This is only for exceptional cases.

Please note, items damaged by the customer is the responsibility of the customer. If the customer wishes to repair it, I will do my best to fix the Anita Quansah London piece purchased from my website.

I will discuss an additional fee and the repair time with the customer before the return. Costs and time are assessed on a case-by-case basis. 

Would you mind sending photos of the item needing repair to contact@anitaquansahlondon.com before shipping the item to me?

HOW DO I PAY?

All payments on my website are processed securely through my fabulous website host Shopify. I accept credit cards, Visa and Mastercard, debit cards and PayPal payments.

WHAT CURRENCY DO YOU USE?

All prices are listed in British Pounds.
