GENERAL QUESTIONS:

CAN YOU CREATE A SOLD OUT ITEM AGAIN?

Unfortunately not. Due to the handmade nature of each piece, certain materials cannot be sourced. I use together with new articles, vintage pieces and heirlooms kindly donated to me, in all my works. I respect and value all my clients who have chosen to own a part of my heart. Replicating the work for me is like disrespecting them, and defrauding my soul.

So; one of a kind is the way!  Except for the footwear.

 

WHERE ARE YOUR DESIGNS MADE?

All designs from the collection are handmade with love by myself in my comfortable studio, in Milton Keynes England.

 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, I ship internationally to selected countries.

 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Once your order has been received and verified, ready to ship items are dispatched within 1-5 working days.

For Bespoke and Made To Order items, see estimated production time located on the product page in the descriptions.

 

HOW DO YOU SHIP YOUR ITEMS AND HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

Domestic shipping is free. I use Royal Mail and Parcel Force track-able, signed for service. Delivery times are 2-4 working days

For International shipping, I use UPS Worldwide Express.

Europe: 2-5 Working days £35.00

USA: 2-5 Working days £39.00

Africa: 5-10 Working days £55.00

Asia 3-5 Working days £55.00

Oceania: 3-5 Working days £55.00

South America: 3-5 Working days £42.00

Australia: 5-7 Working days £55.00

Canada: 2-5 Working days £40.00

Please note. I'm unable to accommodate shipment to P.O boxes or APO Addresses.

I ship all orders with a trackable service through UPS, a signature is required upon delivery. Any customs and duties tax levied on your order is the responsibility of the recipient. These fees are out of my control.

WHAT'S YOUR REFUND POLICY?

Please bear in mind that all sales are final and I do not accept returns or exchanges or cancellation mid-design, for bespoke, made to order items.

If you receive your order and its damaged in transit, please email contact@anitaquansahlondon.com immediately if possible. Please include images of all damages with your enquiry.

I like to think I'm an understanding human being with a heart, and a people pleaser and servant to my customers. I want all my customers to be happy with their investments.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY PIECE OF JEWELLERY, FOOTWEAR AND ACCESSORIES?

Keep the prying eyes of MR DUST away from your precious treasures and purchase, and enjoy your art longer by storing away in the special tie-fastening wax print pouch and box provided.

Worried about all that sparkles, glitters and comes in robust brass forms? Don't panic! I've taken care of that for you, so you don't have to worry about your jewel losing its dull and looking ancient. Just show love from your end, and you'll have a long lasting relationship. Lovingly wipe with clean jewellery cloth to bring the sparkle back.

All footwear and bags in my collections are very delicate and should be cared for with love. Each item in my collection is not designed with rain in mind,  so keep them dry and enjoy them longer.

HOW DO I PAY?

All payments on my website are processed securely through my fabulous website host Shopify. I accept credit cards, Visa and Mastercards, debit cards and Paypal payments.

WHAT'S IN THE JEWELLERY MAKING BOX?

The jewellery making subscription box is a beautifully curated DIY kit designed and put together by creativity lover and jewellery designer Anita Quansah.

"I love jewellery. I love designing and hand making intricate pieces of one of a kind wearable arts and accessories. Most importantly, I love the feelings my clients get from adorning themselves in my accessories."

Asides, from being a servant to my mastery, I love teaching creative enthusiasts, and jewellery lovers how to celebrate their inward and outward beauty and significance by using their creative superpowers to channel their self-enlightenment; while being spontaneous and courageous with their creative imaginations.

Each month, I'll design a piece of wearable art like no other that will significantly benefit my subscribers.

Each jewellery making subscription box consists of specially selected beads, materials and findings needed to make that unique monthly piece (Please note I will not be providing tools as part of the monthly box), plus a step-by-step video guide and how-to full-colour photo illustration.

So, imagine each month, you'll receive an exciting new design at your doorstep.

You don't need to stress yourself because I've handled everything for you.

All I ask of you is to kick back! Relax and enjoy your "YOU" time.

Don't worry if you feel overwhelmed. I'll be there visually with you, teaching and guiding you with every step of the way, making sure you're successful with the completion of your monthly projects.

 

HOW MUCH DOES THE JEWELLERY MAKING BOX COST?

The one-month jewellery making subscription box costs £60.00 excluding P&P

The three months prepay jewellery making subscription box costs £171.00 with 5% discount. This subscription box price excludes P&P

The six months pay at once jewellery making subscription box costs £360.00 plus one-bonus box, totalling 7 boxes all excluding P&P.

The one year pay at once jewellery making subscription box costs £720.00 plus two-bonus boxes, totalling 14 boxes all excluding P&P.

 

CAN I BUY A ONE OFF SUBSCRIPTION BOX?

Yes! You can purchase a one-off jewellery making box for £60.00 plus P&P.

 

HOW DO I PAY?

With all subscriptions, payment can be made via Stripe.

 

CAN I GIFT A BOX?

Yes! You can gift a jewellery making box to a loved one, family member(s) or friend(s).

Just order, log into your account and enter their shipping information at checkout.

HOW DO I SUBSCRIBE?

Signing up is easy!

Just create an account, subscribe and look forward to your monthly fabulousness.

 

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I SUBSCRIBE?

Once you've selected the subscription package that best suits you, you agree to recurring payment which will be billed to you monthly.

You'll be billed 8th of each month with the monthly subscription plans.

If you choose the pre-pay three months subscription, you'll be billed on the 8th after the end of the 3rd month of the subscription plan.

If you choose the pre-pay six months subscription plan, you'll be billed on the 8th after the end of the sixth month of the subscription plan.

Also, if you choose the pre-pay one-year subscription plan, you'll be billed on the 8th after the end of the twelfth month of the subscription plan.

If you subscribe after the 8th of each month, you will receive your box the following month. Also, if you subscribe before the 8th of each month, you will receive the current month's box, between the 10th and the 25th of each month.

Please note if you are subscribing outside the UK, Europe and the USA, delivery times will be different to the specified times.

 

HOW DO I CHECK OUT?

Important information!

You must check out your jewellery subscription box from the store orders to avoid shipping delays.

HOW CAN I CANCEL MY JEWELLERY MAKING SUBSCRIPTION BOX?

I want all my fabulous subscribers to be entirely happy and satisfied with their subscription choices.

You have the freedom to cancel anytime.

 I'm hoping you won't want to cancel so that I can continue to serve you, and go on many amazing creative journeys with you, while you continue to enjoy the soul-enriching experience you gift yourself every month.

If you've changed your mind and wanted to cancel your subscription, you can do so, by logging into your account before your next bill date which is the 8th of each month.

I encourage all my fabulous customers to first try out the month-to-month subscription plan before making a creative commitment to more extensive subscription plans.

Cancellation after the 8th of each month will be processed and charged, and your box delivered the following month. Unfortunately, I can't issue refunds or exchanges.

If you wish to cancel your longer subscriptions such as the three months, six months and the one year, please email contact@anitaquansahlondon.com in advance before the 8th of each month.

Please note you won't get a refund on boxes which have been shipped out to you if you cancel a mid-subscription. I will issue refunds on the remainder month(s).

You changed your mind after you've received your box? Unfortunately, exchanges and refunds cannot be issued.

 

MISSING ITEMS OR DAMAGED BOX?

If you have items missing from your box, or your box arrived damaged, please email contact@anitaquansahlondon.com immediately, I'll be more than happy to be at your service.

 

WHEN SHOULD I EXPECT TO RECEIVE MY JEWELLERY MAKING SUBSCRIPTION BOX?

If you subscribe to any jewellery making box before the 8th of each month, you'll get your monthly box between the 10th and the 25th of each month.

Please note if you are subscribing outside the UK, Europe and the USA, shipment may take longer than the specified delivery times, up to 2-8 weeks. Additional shipping rate is charged at checkout.
